All items require 3-5 business days to handcraft.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that the shipping address will be taken from PayPal. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we are unable to change the shipping method or address the order is shipped.

TRACKING AN ORDER
You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. It will include your order’s tracking number and a direct link to your carrier’s package-tracking site. This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped.

IMPORTANT
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us because of an address issue, you will be charged for reshipping costs. If you require a refund, please note that personalized items have a 30% restocking fee.

Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is currently available only to US, CA and other 35+ countries address as of the moment. All destination can be found upon checkout. If you are not sure whether we could ship to your country, please send inquiry to our customer service team at ishlly@foxmail.com

Please note:
If your personalized product was remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out. Our standard is to supply you a perfect gift.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
